Trusted Home Surveys did a Level 2 survey on the property we're in the process of buying. Before the survey was even carried out, they were very thorough in explaining all the different types of surveys and supplying us all the information we'd need so we could make an informed decision on what type of survey we'd need and what to expect. Once surveyed, the report came through very quickly and was very detailed. As first time buyers, we especially appreciated the surveyor running through the report by phone. All in all, a great service which was also reasonably priced. 100% recommended and thank you!

My recent experience using Trusted Home Surveys / Brennan Associates has been a very positive one. From my first enquiry and phone call with Vikki to the report and follow up call with Duncan I have been very pleased. The whole process was very easy and it is nice to deal with a company who act very professionally and do exactly what they say they will. I would highly recommend them.

Can't fault the service at all. Availability within 3 business days to do inspection. Report produced the next day. Phone call 8pm with the surveyor for 30m to discuss in detail the report. Circa £200 cheaper than all competitors quoted, and report was comprehensive and had all necessary supporting evidence to make a decision. Rarely give reviews but have to say 10/10 service.
