They are our leaseholders, even though we paid them more than £400 on our home insurance they fail to help when Eunice storm took a few tiles from our roof. Now it's more than a week since we reported it and nothing has been done. They wrote us saying they are quoting prices for the service like it's not an emergency as the water infiltration now reached our ceiling. P.S. they were very efficient to take our ground rend and insurance money.

I have dealt with many agencies before and Greyfort Properties were by far superior to any I have dealt with previously . Sam Colman was exceptional & honest with his approach and very informative which was a breath of fresh air . He made the whole lettings process a breeze and I truly wish there were more people with his professionalism and friendly nature .
