I have been visiting Bright Lights stall in Worcester for a few years now and have found the advice I have been given when purchasing gifts for the little one's I buy for to be extremely helpful, whilst not being pushy. Nothing has been too much trouble and the quality of the goods has always been excellent I also like to visit their stand at the Cheltenham Gift Fair to see what they have on sale for Christmas presents as it's lovely to be able to give gifts which have been so professionally personalised. I really recommend this company. Ordered a wooden breakfast set and Santa sack to be engraved/embroidered from the stall at Worcester market. The lady was kind and helpful and the items arrived quickly and I was impressed with the quality of the products themselves and also the personalisation. Lovely selection of old fashioned wooden toys and traditional rag dolls and other items, things you don’t see in the shops these days! I will use the Santa sack for my baby son until he’s grown up! Lovely company and will definitely purchase from them again.

We bought a personalised wooden Xylophone from Bright Lights as a present for our nephew and we couldn't be happier with it and the service we received from Bright Lights.
