I enjoyed my stay here, bed very comfy i slept well during my stay. Everything was clean, my room was aired, staff were very helpful. Easy to connect to wi-fi. I didn't have any meals so can't comment on the food.

Sólo trío to break journey. Easy and quick to find from M5. Good shower and spacious room. Some brief noise from outside as linen delivery truck was parked outside delivering for around 30 minutes. Starbucks next door for breakfast, pub over road for evening food.

Clean room. Could do with individual hairdryer instead of asking reception. Very quiet here and just off M5, with eating and drinking places nearby. Reception staff exceptionally helpful (the lady on from 3.00 to 10.00 p.m. on Friday 22nd, sorry didn't catch your name). We'd booked for the wrong night and she got us a room sorted.

The receptionist restored my opinion of corporate business. My fault in booking the wrong date. The receptionist sorted out my mistake and put me through to the telecentre and again so helpful. 1st class service. The room was clean and fresh with a comfortable bed.

I had my family stay there for a week as my house was getting refurbished. I asked the staff to change the linen after 3 days and they said their policy states that they only change the linen after on week. So beware if you are planning there to stay there for long. They will not give you fresh linen as per their policy. The night staff is pathetic. The family room is comparatively smaller. I paid around £500 for a family room for a week and didn't deserved new sheets. I dont know what else to say. Another Travelodge!!! Another disappointment!!!!

Great staff and a Starbucks next door. The road is very busy outside, but if you brave it, there is a nice pub across the road. Good food and beer, well worth the effort to get there.

The last two occasions we have visited the assistant manager Kerry has been absolutely wonderful. She takes her time out of her day to listen and have conversations with us. She is really helpful and helped with anything possible. Really lovely experiences both times
