I adore Webb’s! It’s such an amazing place to shop and visit. I regularly bring my toddler to visit the gardens and walk around the shop, especially at Christmas. Webb’s is always tidy, the displays are high quality and you can see a lot of thought and planning goes into everything they do.
As the parent of a young child, I appreciate that there are toilets available there including a spacious baby change that also has a toilet, meaning you can fit a pram in there or, as we’re currently potty training, you can take your toilet learner in there without the pressure of other people or hand dryers going off.
There’s a number of parent and child spaces. However, these are regularly full, especially when it’s busy but there is ample standard parking. In the summer, I’ll just park right out of the way at the far end so we can enjoy the gardens instead of going across the car park.
I really enjoyed seeing the produce on sale in the garden section and was fascinated by the liquid herbs… going to need to look into that more!

Really amazing. Highly recommend. My 7 and 12 year old loved it. We went a little early to explore the garden centre which was amazing on its own. Kids loved the Christmas displays. Will definitely go again.

Love this place. As well as a garden centre there is a restaurant, food hall, homeware, gifts, cards, beautiful Christmas decorations, model railway and villages. Also a Cotswold shop and Lakeland. Could spend a day here, but unfortunately we don't live close.

Lovely garden centre, especially at Christmas. Unfortunately it was very busy but that’s to be expected.
We did the enchanted gardens and it was lovely.

Lovely light trail. We've been coming for a few years now. Definitely recommend. You got santa as well for the little ones. Half way you will find a kiosk with hot chocolate and mulled wine.

This webs Garden Centre is stunning
Easy to navigate, even round the Christmas holidays with enough space for push chairs and wheelchairs to get down the festive aisle, staff are very friendly and helpful they also have a Hobbycraft in the store.

Nice restaurant, excellent food although not cheap. You get a lot for your money. Service was good with attentive & polite staff. The restaurant was busy, but they were always aware of your needs. The tables were clean & ready for customers. Webbs is a large, well laid out garden centre, which sells a lot of branded garden equipment. There are a lot of varieties of plants & accessories. You can take dogs, but you can't take them into the riverside walk. There is a large patch of grass in which you can exercise your pets.

Went for afternoon tea at their Christmas Event in the gardens. Wow! Once it got dark and the lighting took effect it was wonderful. So glad we went.

Love going here around Christmas time and seeing all the lights and decorations. It has something for everyone from kitchen equipment, to garden and home. Candles, food and lovely cafe too! My favourite part was their fairly priced dedicated shelf of Belgium beers! 😋
