Good was pretty good. There was a small issue of a few starters not coming out for a fair while after other people eating starters had long finished theirs. However it was an honest mistake. Ordered from lunch menu, pricing is good.

We have driven past many times but on this occasion the traffic was terrible so we stopped for some dinner. The pub/restaurant looks welcoming and we found staff to be friendly. Food was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Our family group meal had a warm welcome & we arrived early but that didn’t phase them after the busy festive season . We had a lovely table in front of the fire for 8. The service was outstanding even though they only had 2 staff on - they worked with great efficiency to give us a great experience . Food was very good & generous portions . Many places could take a lesson from team at The Robin Hood to give a great customer experience , thank you. Perhaps the only feedback which is no fault of the staff is the flooring / carpets are looking a bit tired - maybe a refresh is due .

Celebrated my daughters birthday. Service was brilliant. The fish and chips was really nice and the fish is really big and worth the money. My daughter couldn't finish hers so if you are not a big eater you won't either. Haven't been here for a while and will definitely return again very soon.

Great choice of brunch dishes on the menu. Delicious and very tasty food. Really good size dishes. Excellent value for money. Cooked perfectly. Full English is amazing..real weekend treat. Service exceptional. Jake was our server. Polite, professional and very friendly.

A bit pricey for the food, however, once you receive it you can see why it is pricey. The portions are just right and taste absolutely gorgeous. Had lasagne and was cooked to perfection... cannot grumble at all and would recommend...

Our server Laura was great! We were seated straight away, had a few minutes to decide on drinks, which came quickly. We had plenty of time to look at the menu, and were not waiting for ages to order. Food was amazing! Fantastic visit.

We had the Sunday diner very nice gravy was beautiful, just thought the roast potatoes let it down. Service no one came to check if food was ok or clear the plates but otherwise ok

Good service, barely passable food. I can't praise the chef much. The gammon was generous but the chips looked super strong and 8xfried, almost certainly not freshly prepared. Peas shrivelled. Prawns so obviously frozen, scallops smelled old. Really not impressed. Service was great; prompt, friendly, courteous and they really couldn't do enough to help. However, I'll go elsewhere next time to avoid this menu.
